Privacy Policy

PVStay ("we", "us") provides customer-retention services for residential solar installers in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written to be read, not skimmed past — it's short.

Information you give us

When you request a free pipeline audit through the form on this site, we collect the information you enter:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your company name
  • Your approximate signed-deal volume

We use it for exactly one thing: responding to your audit request and scheduling the call. No newsletter, no drip campaigns, no list rentals.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site or submit the form, we automatically receive some technical information:

  • IP address, browser, and device type
  • The page that referred you here and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters)
  • How you use the page — scrolling, clicks, and time on page — via the analytics tools below

We use this to understand which marketing works and to improve the site. It is attached to your audit request so we know how you found us.

Analytics and third-party tools

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) Measures site traffic and conversions using cookies. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the page is confusing. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity masks sensitive input content by default.
Calendly (Calendly LLC) If you schedule an audit call, booking happens on Calendly, which processes the name and email you provide under the Calendly Privacy Notice.

These providers may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser. Blocking cookies in your browser settings will not break this site.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information — to anyone, ever.
  • We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not run advertising networks or cross-site tracking on this site.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers named above (analytics, scheduling, and the infrastructure that hosts this site), and if the law genuinely requires it — a lawful subpoena or court order, not a marketing partner with a long contract.

Retention

Audit requests are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a reasonable prospect of one, and deleted on request at any time. Analytics data is retained per the tools' standard settings (14 months for Google Analytics).

Your rights

Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We extend these rights to everyone who asks, regardless of state:

  • Access or correction — email us and we'll send you everything we have within 30 days.
  • Deletion — email us and we'll delete your record and confirm.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. We won't quietly weaken it — material changes to how we use existing data would be communicated to you directly.
